Lisa-Moné is the Human Resources Business Partner for North America at a leading global software company in New York, where she onboards employees and is a resource for employee relations and general HR inquiries. In her previous HR roles, she served as the day-to-day HR contact, conducted new hire orientations, and strategically managed the core HR issues that would arise.
Lisa-Moné holds a Doctor of Psychology in Organizational Management and Consulting from Phillips Graduate University. Her undergraduate degree, Bachelor of Science in Business Management is from California State University, Northridge. She is also a SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), a credential which demonstrates to global businesses that the credential-holder has strong capabilities in the competency and knowledge aspects of HR practice.
